1. What are the basic bonus rules?
1.1 This Bonus Policy covers every Richmond Casino promotion, including the welcome offer, free spins, lossback credits and Richmond Rewards perks.
1.2 Every promotion also follows our Terms & Conditions. Where the two differ on a bonus point, this policy applies.
1.3 Bonus funds, casino credits and free spins are for play on our site. You cannot withdraw them until you have met the rules for that offer.
1.4 All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
2. Who can claim a bonus?
2.1 To take part, you need to be 19 or older, live in Canada, and be located somewhere online casino play is legal under local law.
2.2 You must have one verified Richmond Casino account. Bonuses claimed through extra accounts are void.
2.3 Players in Ontario see our offers only after signing in, as public promotion of incentives is not allowed there.
2.4 While self-excluded or taking a break, you cannot claim offers.
3. What is the welcome offer?
3.1 Play C$10, Get 200 Spins Plus C$1,000 Lossback.
3.2 Here is how it works:
- Play C$10 to qualify.
- Enjoy 200 daily spins, paid out as 20 spins each day across 10 days.
- Receive casino credits as 100% lossback, up to C$1,000.
- Earn 5 redemption points for every C$1 of bonus to unlock your bonus funds.
- Earn those points on selected games within 7 days.
3.3 New players also get 88 free spins when they sign up. Spin winnings must be wagered 5x before you cash out, and the most you can cash out is C$100.
4. How does wagering work, and which games count?
4.1 Rather than a playthrough multiplier, the welcome offer works with redemption points. Each C$1 of bonus needs 5 points, and you have 7 days to collect them.
4.2 Points are earned only on the selected games marked in the offer details. Games that are not on that list earn no points.
4.3 This means some slots count and others do not. Table games, live dealer games and video poker earn points only if they appear on the selected list.
4.4 For the 88 sign-up spins, the 5x requirement applies to the wins from those spins. Bets on the eligible games listed in the offer details count toward it.
4.5 Your points and progress are shown in your account's bonus section.
5. Can I have more than one bonus running?
5.1 No. You can run one bonus at a time.
5.2 A new offer can only be started once your current one has been completed, used up, forfeited or has expired.
5.3 Daily spins from the welcome offer arrive as part of that single offer, so they do not count as a second bonus.
6. How much can I bet with bonus money?
6.1 When you play with bonus funds or casino credits, there is a maximum bet for each spin or hand. The amount is listed in your account under the offer details.
6.2 Placing bets above that amount may lead us to remove the bonus together with any winnings generated from it.
7. What counts as bonus abuse?
7.1 Bonuses and any winnings tied to them are voided when we detect:
- more than one account used to claim the same offer
- players working together to claim or clear bonuses
- bets placed above the maximum stake
- low-risk betting, for example placing bets on both sides of an outcome
- use of a game fault to clear points or wagering
- false details given at sign-up
7.2 In these cases, we can also stop you from claiming future offers. Your own deposited money stays yours.
8. Is there a limit on what I can win from a bonus?
8.1 Yes, with some offers. Winnings from the 88 sign-up spins have a cash-out cap of C$100. Any amount over C$100 is taken off once wagering is complete.
8.2 Lossback credits are capped at C$1,000. Any further cap on a promotion appears in its offer details before you claim it.
9. When do bonuses expire?
9.1 Redemption points for the welcome offer must be earned within 7 days. If you do not reach the target in time, the locked bonus funds are removed.
9.2 Your welcome spins come in batches of 20 each day over 10 days. You will find the deadline for using each day's spins in the offer details.
9.3 Other promotions list their expiry in their own offer details.
10. How do I opt in?
10.1 Claim an offer from the promotions page or the bonus section of your account, then follow the steps shown.
10.2 Please read the offer details before you claim. Claiming means you accept its rules.
10.3 Every bonus is optional. If you claim one and then decide against it, email mail@richmondcasino.app before you use it in play.
10.4 If you cancel a bonus after playing with it, bonus funds and winnings from them are removed.
11. Can these bonus rules change?
11.1 Yes. Promotions may be changed, paused or ended, and this policy may be updated.
11.2 Once claimed, a bonus stays under the rules in force at the time you claimed it.
